Hi, just wanted to let you know it took me half an hour to get through to Disneylandparis.com this morning and got full refund. They have split the lines now. You need to press 3 for modifications or cancellations. Hope this helps.

I hate being on hold on the phone and try to avoid if I can. I sent an email about my cancellation a few days ago, had a confirmation of refund about 48 hours later. I haven’t checked to see if it has turned up yet.

Or go to their FB page and send a message. I did that two days ago and just heard today that they have moved me from Cheyenne (which will be closed) to Newport Bay.

That's useful to know, we have to cancel our September trip and I'm dreading being on hold for ages!

We had Air France flights booked through DLP and I was told yesterday that we'd be getting a full refund. (We were in Cheyenne and they have 'no room at the Inn' at NPB for our dates
