I have emailed them twice to try and change the dates of our booking, can’t do it through hotels.com, who we booked it with as would lose £390 quids worth of Tesco club card rewards, I didn’t realise that when I booked that would be the case, I’ve proper mucked up and the dates I have booked with knock 3 days use of our Disney tickets, but no one gets back to me at all, is it just a case of perseverance?

I'd be very surprised if you are able to do it, the hotels.com bookings made with Tesco points have incredibly strict cancel/change rules attached to them.

Loews might be amenable, but you issue is with you making the wrong date booking and Hotels.com not willing to help out, this isn't Loews issue so your only hope of getting them to help is to appeal to their goodwill

Call them, and ask to speak to the reservations manager (google the hotel the phone number will come up) and call that. US hotels are great at spoken issue resolution but default to T&C when you use email
