Personal Navigators

I know Disney have been trying to get rid of the paper navigators for a while now, but I believe it’s always been possible to request one. Looking at the Know Before You Go pages, it states:

This makes it sound as if a mobile device and use of the app is mandatory on board.

However, further down it states:

Paper menus will be available upon request for Guests without a mobile device.

So does anyone know whether a paper navigator will still be available, or if it’s completely gone because COVID...

Oh I do so hope I can still get my navigator from guest services as I really struggle reading them on a screen! 😢

So I've just called Disney - the lady I spoke to didn't have anything official other than the published information but did say she didn't think they'd been withdrawn completely (and would be surprised if they had due to people without phones etc) - so fingers crossed they'll still have paper ones on request!
