I definitely will. We also status matched from DCL, we're both gold on there and were matched to MSC gold. The best thing about that (in my opinion) was the free hour you get in the spa area. We went in on a port day, so it was empty, and they didn't care how long we were in there for, so we spent a pleasant few hours in the hot tubs and on the loungers.

I'm very excited to go on the new ship (although I admit to having a soft spot for the Magnifica as that was our first and only MSC cruise to date and we had a great time. The Tiger Bar really is a sight to behold! ).

You need to be really careful and read the small print, as some of these insurance companies are not fully covering the staycation cruises, but you have to read fully to find that out. Also, some don't cover you if you are contacted by track and trace to isolate prior to your departure. It's basically a minefield!

I read some threads on cruise critic recommending Cover For You and they'd screen shot all the relevant info, which I then checked out for myself, and was happy I was fully covered.
Thanks will take a look, I mean ultimately it’s only £1400 worst case if we can’t board due to kids having a positive test, but I will be turning track and trace off !

Weve booked our parking too. We booked off site with a free shuttle, couldnt figure out which carpark on site and didnt want to be in the wrong one as it looked a long walk if you were , at least this way the bus will take us to the right dock, and it's only 4 mins on the bus.

Ours is a bit more complicated as we head to the Isle of Wight for a week straight from the cruise !

So our plan is to pack up car 1 with stuff for the IOW, drive two cars from Yorkshire down to Southampton the day before the cruise, leave car 1 parked up in cruise parking terminal and drive back to home.
Go on the train to Liverpool the next day and board the ship then when we get off in Southampton our car is there and off we go for a week on the IOW!

Which car park has everyone booked? I went for ABP Parking and have gate 8 on my print out. I hope I've booked the correct one!
