DH and I go on our own now and don't do the parks or do lots of shopping (other than Dollar Tree, my guilty pleasure!).

For us it's a lazy day round the pool and a bite to eat out at night. Just heaven!

Florida shark diving and private island charters in Tampa. Two of the best days I have ever had and would highly recommend both

We do a dinner show each time we go, our favourite being medieval times.

However the best things we've done are seeing a sports game. DW isn't into any sports but really enjoyed the experience!
Last trip we did a tampa bay rays baseball game though this is a trek. We also did an orlando magic basketball game which is a lot closer. There's also an orlando ice hockey team but we have done that.
But our favourite was going to a tampa bay buccaneers game! Such a huge spectical with army & navy fly overs, parachuteers & buzz aldrin starting the game by firing thr canons (there's a pirate ship inside the stadium!)
It's not expensive either. I thing it was £15 for baseball & basketball & £30 for nfl
