Just looked at Storey Lakes, seems to be a great location, much closer in than many, good communal facilities and reasonable prices, just looked at a 5 bed/4 bath corner townhouse with pool for $390,000 off the do the lottery now I think 😀

Dont bother with lottery tonight.. .its mine! 😂😊 Read a fantastic piece about a young lad from North Manchester who just won mega money (I think £50m). He talked about his parents, his brothers and how he would take his daughter to WDW. I was so pleased for him. It really is the dream. Good luck, if not me then hope it's you! (Or one of my sons!😊😂 |

What gets me is the size of the rooms. From pictures, you need to go up to a five bed to get decent living space. They really are built as holiday accommodations not houses. Twice (or more) the price for half the space. The communal facilities are very impressive but the monthly fees I saw quoted don't seem high enough to cover the costs of things like daily cleaning. I think it will be like timeshares where management fees are kept low during initial sales and then soar afterwards.

We went to see what Margaritaville were offering and couldn't believe that although you buy the villa you have no control on the bookings and it seems they were also asking owners to change all the furniture every 3 years.
We do like the restaurants near the cinema and hear that the cinema is a good deal Melvin and Lesley

The cinema is great. Extremely comfortable reclining seats and surprisingly good food. I agree about most of the new restaurants as well.
I hadn't heard that about the furniture. 3 years sounds ridiculous especially considering what they are charging for it!
