Where to visit ?

We are hoping we are still able to go in October. If we are unable to visit the parks where else you recommend? We were thinking like a drive down to Miami, Keys, Daytona and possible another state.
Open to any suggestions
TIA

Miami is around 4-5 hours from Orlando. Daytona is good for a drive on the beach.

At Augustine is well worth a visit. Take the trolley round. And try out the distillery and chocolate shop tour 😍😍😍

A drive to St Pete's is a must as well

Thanks for recommendations. We been Daytona before and loved it. St Augustine we will have a look at it. I seen before this place where you can swim in to a cave style and also can look down from top in to the cave. Not sure where it is... need google it.

We are moving our August trip to October, but still unsure. If the parks have any lock-down restriction that would ruin our trip, then its plan C. We havent flights booked so a little more flexible, but the idea of a relaxing holiday is a no no. After all this, I need to do something.

There is Devil's Den near Gainsville, it is snorkelling or diving only no free swimming. DH and DS have snorkelled there, they were amazed by it all.

Lots of lovely national parks - huge variety from kayaking, snorkelling, tubing, biking etc.
We love hiring a boat for the day cruising the inland waterways - particularly starting from Sarasota area.
Daytona race track worth a tour
