I would definitely be honest with them - we have found their customer service attitude to be absolutely first class. I'm almost certain they will do their best to help you..

...they sent my friend some free photographs to her home in the UK once, only because she just happened to comment that she hadn't felt comfortable taking her own, with the official photographer present at the dolphin swim (she did not complain - they asked her what she thought of her experience). Anyhow my friend ended up getting a big bill from British Customs Office for them, and almost got taken to court because she did not realise she HAD to pay it, even though they were a gift and she hadn't ordered them (they were marked as having value of x$$$ on the customs form) !
... but Discovery Cove sorted it all out immediately, and paid it for her. They were great.

I'd phone DC as soon as you can today to explain your situation. See what they say first. Rob isn't normally on line until much later on... being on Florida time

This is one of the reasons I do an itinerary. They are invaluable to ensure that you do not miss things that are booked for certain days. I am sure DC will be fine I am sure they must have a few people that do this.

I would have thought you would only have a problem if today is fully subscribed. We went in the winter and were given the option to cvhange day if the weather wasn't up to much. I've been twice and the customer service policy has been first class. I'm sure if you go down and be honest with them they will sort something out for you.
