Isn’t Sausalito just lovely? We were one of the crazy people to cycle all the way there 😂. The road that leads down from the Bridge is really twisty I agree!
Dinner at the food trucks looks fun and different.
I so wish we had gone to Musee Mecanique as I know the kids would have loved it in there. We also missed Ghiradelli Square which is almost a crime in itself! We did go to the shop in San Diego to make up for it though.
Another fab day
That's a shame about Muir Woods its just not possible to please everyone is it.
It was so very pretty in Sausalito didn't expect that.
Lol i think you did so well with your cycle across the bridge I wouldn't be able to get on a bike!
There's not enough time to do everything is there, we missed quite a few things too.

Thanks for reading along

Lovely day Julia and lovely photos, we liked Muir woods but we visited before we went to Yosemite. Maybe if we'd done it the other way around we'd have felt the same as you x

Wow what a fab day!
Muir Woods looks so beautiful but I can see why after Yosemite that it would be underwhelming...a tick in the box though
Isn't Sausalito charming?! We did exactly as you suspect and biked over the bridge and then got the ferry back (the hill back was a no, lol)
The food truck place was a great find, well done!

Muir Woods is lovely I think we'd have felt different about it if we'd have gone before Yosemite. Still enjoyed it though.

Good for you biking across the bridge, what an fab thing to do.

So glad we followed his advice.
