Try bakers, farm shops (who also bake) or the 'Scoop' shops that sell stuff loose.

New update, today I found the muscavado sugar, now I can’t get baking powder anywhere. Think I’ll have to give up this baking malarkey

If you have self raising flour you don’t need baking powder.

I know you got some but you can sub regular granulated sugar for caster sugar if needed -caster sugar is more finely ground and can give a softer/fluffier texture but granulated works if you can't get it.
I use granulated sugar for most of my baking unless I'm making something fancy for a special occasion as its cheaper.
Brown sugars do give a slightly different taste/texture but in some cases you can swap if for white sugar if needed. I often use white sugar in brownies, fruit cake and carrot cake and they are perfectly edible

Like the pp said if you are using self raising flour you don't "need" baking powder - some recipes add it to give extra lift but most still work without it.

There are lots of ways to tweak recipes to suit what you have/can get

I do, the recipe I’m was going to try this week was a 3 ingredient Biscoff traybake which requires 2 tsp of baking powder, do I just use 2 tsp of self raisin flour. Thanks

You can't substitute baking powder with self-raising flour. If you have bicarbonate of soda and cream of tarter you can mix your own baking powder (and then add it to plain flour to make self-raising). The demand for baking ingredients is high right now because there's a lot of new bakers out there. Ask your friends/neighbours if they can spare a couple of spoonfuls - people's cupboards must be groaning with baking supplies right now.

Are you basically just turning Biscoff back into biscuits/cake by adding flour and egg?

Sorry, what I meant was if a recipe calls for plain flour and baking powder you can usually use self raising flour as a substitute- not a straight swop of self raising for baking powder.

Using Biscoff spread. It was a recipe someone at work tried and said it was lovely and easy.

Ok I don’t need to use flour for this at all. Dh did suggest asking the neighbours for some. I’m sure one of them might have a couple of tsp but they might charge me a hefty kings ransom for it
