Hi Guys
My DH would like to know what lager to buy from the supermarket when he fancies a drink a couple of evenings at the villa? Recommendations for my wine as well would be helpful I like pinot grigio Please don't think we are alcoholics! Just do like to relax with a drink on a few evenings! Edited at 08:42 AM. Just remember Light Beer in America means lower calories Not Low Alcohol like it often does in uk( New someone once that nearly had a big DD problem because of this )although most american beers are weaker than UK anyway

It is funny how when you are at home in the UK there are some drinks which taste rubbish but when you are in other countries just taste great. Bud light is definitely one of these I would never drink it in the UK I just prefer wine but it is a really good to drink it in the US.
Another one is cocktails I don't normally drink them in the UK because I prefer a glass of wine but if you are on a beach they can taste really good. When we have been to restaurants where we would prefer a glass of wine I have always been able to find what we have at home like montana so I would imagine pinot grigio is easy to find.

OH likes Shark (I think that's what it's called) which you can get in supermarkets. I could find my usual White Zinfandel without any problems
If it's hard liquor you want ( and I include all spirits in this - vodka, scotch etc.) you have to go to a liquor store and it isn't cheap, so buy from duty free on your way out if you think you'd like the odd vodka & coke
