Newport Bay used to on the Admirals Floor - at least thats where we stayed when it was me, dh + 3 children but that was back in Xmas 2009 so it might have changed.

we found that the explorer hotel would sleep 5 but in the end because grandparents were coming too, we put one child in with them and the others with us and stayed at the magic circus.

friends of ours stayed in sc apartments just outside. paid for bus transport but only a couple of stops. to parks. Also next door to large supermarket. Began with A (Adagio perhaps?) sorry.

We did look at dc, and thought about taxi to parks, can't cost that much?

hope i've been a tiny help

But I think you may need to phone to get prices for them if they are not showing online.

Newport Bay & Santa Fe definitely have rooms which sleep 5, previously you have needed to ring to check availability. I would give them a call and see what options they give for your dates.

Just be aware that they tend not to apply offers to these rooms

Looks like once DD2 turns 3yrs old we'll definitely be staying offsite with APs then, I knew Santa Fe did rooms for 5 but didn't realise they don't include them in the offers.
