choosing MB colours,

Im helping someone plan a trip thats starting 20th Dec

I have logged in as them, but cannot change them from GREY

not sure what i am doing wrong

It could be too close to travel. I seem to remember you can only modify them up to a few weeks before.

You can order magic bands up to eleven days before check in, so it is not that you are too late. I expect it is just another Disney technology glitch. I would try on different devices and using different browsers.

I think that might have changed. I go to POFQ in 289 days time and on checking MDE just now it says I've got 257 days to order my Magic Band.

My mistake, apologies all. Mine does say you can order up to eleven days before, however it also says there are 340 days to order whereas my December 6th trip is about 371 days away. So yes, I guess OP was too late after all.

I think it is has changed as even as recently as September I booked a few extra days in a different resort with less than 30 days notice, I didn’t even choose MB straight away but I was still able to pick my colours much nearer the time.
