Charter travel documents

How far in advance do charter send out their documents ?
I’ve enquired to be told 7-10 days which I think is cutting it fine, never booked via a ta before always gone diy.
I asked if we could have our documents early as we are leaving the week before to stay with family, to be told yet again, nope 7-10 days before.
Requested if they could send documents via email, and no reply !

To say I’m really not feeling charters customer service, it’s been a catalogue of misinformation, and various other things since we booked I’ll never book with them again, received really poor service, and this puts the icing on the cake.

Who else has booked charter and did you actually receive yours before 7-10 days

Thanks

Jules

Ours came in the last 7-10days before we left. Try not to worry. I was worrying too but they arrived in time 😊

We booked with then and had good service. Got ours 10 days before flying. Pretty mince they haven't replied to your email but it does seem to be an increasing trend of all TAs. They did email all our documents so it shouldn't be a problem for them to send you them electronically.

We've always had our paperwork via email, so even if you are away, if you have internet access you should be ok. To be honest we've used Charter several times over the years and never had a problem.

Used Charter twice now. Last one was from our trip Feb this year. Got our things through about 2 weeks before. Think that’s pretty standard if your are having docs posted. Never had a issue with them and their prices always very competitive.

Used them 3 times now and on day 10 documents arrive via email (unless it’s physical Disney docs then they were posted on day 10 and arrived the next day not that we needed them).

It’s hard not to worry when it’s that close but we’ve never had any bother with them.
