Presumably this is for AK's 20th anniversary on the 22nd. Will be interesting to see what they've got planned for the day!

Christ, this change in EMH has already caused me to switch 5 ADRs! Now you're telling me its the 20th Anniversary on 22nd? I'm going to cry... LOL
I had 2x Tiffins (8 people) dinner and Donald's Breakfast Safari for the Saturday EMH...and had to move it to Sunday to follow the EMH move... and move my Sunday stuff (which was Epcot) to Saturday! Thinking about avoiding AK completely on the 22nd now too! Oh bother. |

This is one reason I don't chase EMH around, less hassle if they move. Although I have moved my Tiffins reservation at least three times because I keep changing my AK evening for other reasons!
I hope you haven't booked the breakfast during EMH though - make it a brunch if you didn't already, don't waste those early park hours eating. Although if Epcot's 35th was anything to go by, you might want to avoid AK that day if you're worried about crowds. Most of the queues seemed to be for the merch though. We're arriving a few days later, hoping there's still some good merch left as AK is my fave park. ETA: It's also the 25th anniversary of the F&G festival, although that will have less impact given that runs all spring. But they may have extra events on, so I'd plan a midweek Epcot visit when it should be quieter. Except Tuesday since that's typically evening EMH so can be busier. Edited at 10:52 PM. |

10:30am breakfast . Gives us a good 90 minutes to dash around and get stuff done before the crowds arrive!
I can't really make the breakfast later than 10:30, as we have a ROL dining package @ Tiffins (though honestly, Tiffins is the reason for the package... we were going anyway, I wouldn't even call ROL a bonus - not a huge fan myself!) Though as you said, I am considering moving it to a completely different day now. Same for Epcot, always keep it on a week day if a 'festival' is on Edited at 01:38 AM. |

10:30 is perfect! As you say, just enough time to do the dash around beforehand.
Tiffins is my first pick and the one restaurant I haven't wavered on, haven't been to WDW since it opened but can't wait to try it as that style of food is my favourite. Was so pleased to see a "grown up" in park Signature, instead of yet another princess experience. Got lucky with a 6pm ROL package too so not having to eat at silly times like HBD wanted for Fantasmic! I don't mind queuing up for parades/shows but DH would hate it so booking as many packages as possible. We'll be there the following Sunday as long as I don't move my days around again. |

I did Tiffins this past April with my friends - the food was great, the service was top notch - and as you suggested it has a very adult atmosphere (while still welcoming the kiddos). One of my friends ended up sniffing the menu... it was real leather, he was amazed... it was a face-palm moment for me.
The Apple-Walnut Salad appetizer is amazing (as far as salads go). the Grilled Swordfish is also very nice. I'm sure you wont be disappointed. Also got the Fantasmic package booked for this upcoming trip in HBD. Couldn't get a decent 'dinner' time, so settled for a 1pm 3-course lunch... Edited at 03:50 PM. |
