The names need to match exactly as well. A few days ago a Dibber was struggling because she must have put her husband's middle name in the Alamo booking and the OLCI wouldn't work until she put it there as well.

Sorry to bother u again, would u mind pointing me in the right direction. I've just completed the OLCI and got a confirmation email which says to proceed to the alamo desk to collect my keys and rental agreement. Can't see any link in the email.

I'm i being daft or have i messed up? Sorry I'm totally clueless to this 🙈🙈

Hopefully Mr Morrow will spot this as he hires four times a year compared with my twice. I don't get an email I get straight to the bar code but I think Tom does via Virgin.

All I can say is once you've got the bar code you go straight to the garage. Keys are in the car - usually on the sun visor

The wording about the desk or kiosk appears on all the confirmation E Mails. Totally ignore it.
I assume you have the barcode on your E Mail? If so you are good to go straight to the garage.

Definitely can't see any barcode in the email. I'm using my phone, would i need to log into a pc/laptop to see the barcode?
