Disney Springs Parking
Hi All,
We are planning a couple of trips to Disney Springs while we are there. Is it easy to park there and what is the cost if any? Regards |

It is easy to park. Every available space is shown up on screens and there is no cost.

In the multistory each space has a green light above it on the ceiling, so you can see from the end of the row if theres a space as the light will be on. I hope they dont start charging, I wouldn't go there if they did. But I wouldn't be surprised if they do, probably when all the building work has finished there (assuming its still going on in and around? I think its only recently disney quest was demolished and assume they are putting something else there straight away?)

I expect that they will charge eventually if they can prove that people are parking at DS instead of paying at the parks.

I think that there might be a lot of recent high-end retailers paying what I guess are high-end rents getting a bit miffed if Disney introduced parking fees at DS.
Maybe the introduction of free parking for say 3 or 4 hours to allow visitors to eat and shop. Mick

They already know exactly how many vehicles are in both garages at any given time ad where the spaces are. It would not be difficult to take that further and pinpoint the long stayers.

ive often thought this. For people that are trying to get one over on Disney and park there then go off for the day. I'd rather they did that to get extra money than a resort fee.

My guess is that they will start off with validated parking.
Park for free if you spend $X dollars in a Disney Springs location. |

They may but that wouldn't be good for us as we always park at DS to do our regular tours of the resorts.
They'll have to make it a minimum spend of at least $22 though to match parking costs at parks. Otherwise we'll have to spend $22 on our Ghirardelli chocolates Mick
