Alamo Brits - Prices Dropping

Always worth reminding people about this as we do forget.

I just checked my booking for this Sunday and it's still holding at the price I paid 11 months ago.

But my Oct booking which I have changed 5 times already after which prices went insane is now dropping nicely again. Still a few quid more than I have got but it's heading in the right direction.

Sadly my last booking with Brits as I can't be dealing with a Company that prices 2019 rentals at the same price as my first house!

Nadya. For next year I'm all over Virgin like a rash! Good car hire prices. Netflights coming not far behind which is ok for me as I only want 1 driver.

Edit. Just spotted the outstanding price you have got for your next trip. Good find!

No problems. I will take a few photos as that's what we are hiring. I will post on Monday as we will be awake at some silly time I suspect!

What do you think - Standard SUV for 14 nights beginning next August, £452? Should I book or wait. With Virgin. This year I paid about £280 but that was for 9 nights so nigh on the same price. For years I just used the same provider, but I shop around now.

Yes they do all sizes including the vans. Make sure you go into their site via Virgin Atlantic not via a Google of Virgin Alamo as those prices are hugely different.

Hard to say. I have March and May rentals booked but I won't book this far out for August.
But come mid Sept when I'm home that's when I will be looking.
Traditionally Virgins prices drop at the 11 month mark.
