The Void

Has anybody done the Star Wars experience at The Void in Disney Springs? Was it any good?

Also, I'm looking at booking for 18th April for around 12.15pm but we have a reservation at Planet Hollywood for 1.45pm, will this be enough time?

Many thanks

I did it last year and was very good and would highly recommend it. From memory I think it took around 1 hour from signing in to leaving.

Is it good for younger kids (10 and 12)? Or more geared for adults?

It is brilliant...best VR we have done, you will have plenty time... I think from signing in we had a q for 10 mins...then 10 mins getting the gear on / training...then the actual VR part is only about 15 mins long

Wont spoil it but its well worth doing if a SW fan...not cheap but we had great fun...geared for all ages I would say...kids were 9 [*cough*... 10] and 12 when we done it and all 4 of us raved about it

As a fan of Star Wars (until TFA and TLJ, but that's another story), the Void was utterly brilliant and well worth the time and money.

You can book in advance on this link:

thevoid/locations/orlando

You should probably book a week in advance, if you can, or two if it's likely to be a busy time of the year. If you just want to turn up on the off-chance, the first hour of the day is usually not too busy

It's incredible - SO realistic! Was fun for all of us and we are 11, 15, 46 and 50. It's much too short for the price though - it was maybe 15-20 minutes, I think? Definitely recommend doing if you can afford it though.

Thanks Tinkjon, I've booked it for my hubby & daughter (10) - not my thing so I'll be having a shop :-)
