Avis pre-paid - when does it show Ł0?

I booked a package through BA and my husband picked up the car last week. The voucher we got has the total cost of the car rental and no indication of it being pre-paid.
Is this normal? Should we expect it to come up as a Ł0 balance when we hand the car back in?

Yes this should all balance when you hand the car back, just check the receipt they give you and make sure it has a nil balance.

Yep did a BA hol with Avis car in September the guy in the booth said it would be zero on return and it was.
