no refund- as we printed tickets

So we are in the midst of cancelling our May trip to Orlando.

Car hire - refund
Villa - refund
Flights - refund, based on the fact that the flight will be cancelled.

2 x Sticking point - park tickets.

We bought our Disney & Universal tickets via Attractions Tickets, and then bets I can see is a refund minus 20%. We can not use the tickets later in 2020 and can not use them in 2021 due to going to a family wedding in Rhodes next year.

Reading Attraction Tickets website we are unable to get a refund on the NASA tickets, as when I received the email - I clicked, downloaded and printed them off.

Surely everyone would do this, when they receive the email with the tickets ? Why would you wait untli the last minute to download and print them.

The NASA tickets are unused, will be unused, however no % of refund is avilable from what I understand.

Is the 20% of disney tickets and the 100% of the NASA tickets, something we might be able to claim on the insurance ?

We have NASA tickets through floridatix and their website just says no refund - why? SeaWorld we can use within a year - but why no refund from NASA?

Why not just ask Kennedy Space centre themselves and see what they say.

We have been told we can get an 80% refund and a cancellation notice for insurance for the remaining 20% from Orlando Ticket deals for our Kennedy space centre tickets and we had also already printed out our tickets. But Florida Escape said we have to wait until 12 weeks after the parks reopen to get out Disney ticket refund.

We are the same. Downloaded and printed our Disneyland California tickets and because we have done this the website states no refund.
