For many moving the date is no good, wonder if they are issuing a refund? What if you booked tickets online through Expedia or ATD?
Is this one for claiming on travel insurance? |

In my MDE the adults tickets have changed to next year but the kids ones haven’t

Does anyone know if the tickets just have to be activated by 30th September or if the whole 14 days need to be used by 30th September... We can't now go until after summer next year and would normally go early October so this would make a difference to when we were looking to go? Messaged Disney to ask but no reply as yet

I've read you need to activate them by 16th september to get the full 14 days use
