Where have all the rooms gone - Free Dining

Just checked and my dates at Coronado Springs have jumped up £230 since last week

My preference is still there, but most of the other room types have disappeared though

I can't see it being sold out either, someone said above that rooms come on and off and can be released later. A bit of a pain to have to keep checking though, if you just want to get booked up

As earlier posters have said this normally happens as Disney prepare for the release of their next offer, (usually the free dining but may not be that this year we don't know) which is due shortly. We just wait with bated breath!

Who knows, but it happens every year and causes worry every year!

If we use last year as an example, I booked for Nov 2019 at CSR on free dining release day and they only had preferred king rooms available. Later in the year standard rooms became available. I then switched to AKL as it wasn't that much more expensive.

Some time over the summer (May/June time) they pulled all rooms after September 2019 from sale and only released them after 499 days from check out date. Some speculated this was to do with Galaxy's Edge. In September of 2018 they released standard rooms for WL for my dates and I once again changed our booking.

In a nutshell, just because there aren't the rooms you want available when the deal is released doesn't mean they are sold out or that they won't become available later in the year.

Ahhh I was hoping to book the cheapest standard room at CSR. May not be able to book if only the kids expensive rooms are available. How annoying.

Standard rooms are back at the All Stars but the price has gone up by £116.40 for 10 nights.

Which dates are you looking at? I checked my price database this morning and for the resorts I checked (value and moderate) nothing had changed. Are you sure it isn't just an upgraded room compared to what you were previously looking at?
