Radisson - MAN airport executive room
Can anyone give a review on executive rooms and the executive lounge.
We have a premium room, but have opportunity for upgrade to exec room for gbp 20. Now I am sure I read somewhere about children not allowed in the lounge after 5. Is this correct? Can we ‘take’ drinks/ snacks from the lounge back to the room? We are planning on getting room service for dinner, but if we wanted a couple of drinks each wondering whether this is another option? Are there any other benefits to the exec room that are worth it? Edited at 06:44 PM. |

Can't say anything about the children but I havent seen any in there past 5 so maybe.
they dont LIKE you taking drinks/snacks back to the room and I think there's a notice to that effect, but we do every time. The lounge is great actually and it's very much a nice start to the holiday watch the planes take off and lane, included alcohol and nibbles between 5 and 7. The nibbles get replaced quickly enough and are things like spring rolls, mini burgers, cheese... tiny little nibbles but plentiful enough to snack on. I know the exec room comes with free premium movies in room (latest movies etc.) which we use, and complimentary water. The checkin is on floor 9 so you can ignore the general checkin which is nice. |

They've stopped children going in at night now and no you're not supposed to take food or drink to your room.

Thank you both... will likely just leave it then if notice regarding drink away from room etc is no good. Wouldn’t have the food as would get room service... so only really benefit would be the check in.
We have runway view room so will watch planes from there! Wouldn’t use movies either. Thank you for your quick responses... we go tomorrow. Edited at 07:35 PM. |
