The old Never Expire Tickets

We also had non expiry tickets, we emailed Disney and had to sent them an email with the tickets, front and back, they then added them so we can add to dme, once on dme you can view how many days you have left, if you are using magic bands then there is no need to exchange them at customer services, if you don’t have magic bands then you will need to exchange them, this was a few years ago so things might have changed.

They couldn't add them to MDE for you when I did it but this may have now changed

I can on mine, I don’t have any days left only water park days, don’t know why water parks doesn’t show up though.

Is that desktop or app? I can't see my tickets at all on the app and only a list on the website

We had some of these and went to Disney services at Disney Springs and the issued new tickets

For those that have non expiry tickets and is not showing on mde, then you won’t be able to book fast passes in advance.

Who would be best to contact about this? I have 1 ticket from 2000 with 1 day left. There's 3 of us going for 2 days so would save me around £100 but need to be able to book fast passes. We couldn't leave one person out.
