A quick ticket question
It looks very much as though we will not be going to Orlando in April
We hope to be able to reschedule and are looking into that. We have Disney and Universal tickets booked. As they are 2020 tickets I presume there is no problem as long as we manage to get to use them this year. My DD is slightly worried that as we have linked then to My Disney Experience that may have activated them. I feel this makes no difference as it is park entry which activates them and begins the 14 days. Who is right? |

Attraction tickets say linking them to MDE will not stop a refund if you can not reschedule. So i think you are.

You are, tickets aren't activated until first time through the turnstiles, in Disney's case you "attach" the tickets to MDE to "prove" you have passes & can therefore book FP+

You are right.
The tickets are activated when you use them to enter a park. They are not activated when you link them. If you have 2020 tickets then you can use them any time in 2020. Linking them does usually mean that you can't get a refund. But given the current circumstances I think that might not be the case at the moment (see wombat248's post above).

Another poster has just posted that Disney have said they will honour 2020 Tickets until Sept 2021, if that helps

Have universal also extended their use by dates? I’ve read unofficially they’ve extended theirs to 16th June 2021. We have the 3 park explorer ticket
