Managed to reschedule... but?

Hi,

Luckily enough exact same holiday rescheduled for September. I have Blue man group, Discovery cove and Cirque booked. Is this an insurance job or just appeal to the companies to offer replacements for September or completely lost?

Ask them - you will lose nothing more by trying.

I would think they would let you reschedule those too?

Can I ask whether you had free dining with your original booking and was that moved with your booking to Sept? Did you have any ADRS or FP that they moved for you? Ill probably end up having to change my dates but dont know to when

Try to reschedule, keep an eye on the website for offers. I booked a concert in Seattle and they are offering putting the money into an account to reuse and I will do that rather than lose it and book something for next year.

Yes we had free dining. The only condition of a swap was that I had to go in the same period free dining was valid so chose 6th September. It was a £100 or so more expensive but the TA waived that. I have just cancelled my ADR's and I intend on rebooking them and my fastpasses. I would imagine it would be impossible to simply move them over as well and flying on a completely different day so plans will have to change regarding rest and shopping days.

Discovery Cove allow one change of date free of charge.

At Discovery Cove, we recognize that vacation plans sometimes change. To accommodate this, we will allow one complimentary date change prior to your visit. Further changes to your itinerary will be provided for a nominal charge of $50 per change. If you need to reschedule your Discovery Cove visit, one complimentary date change is allowed, pending availability. Bookings made within 14 days of original reservation date will be booked at the original rate. Bookings made outside of that time will be subject to change based on seasonal rates for the new date chosen.

Please note: If you decide to cancel or rebook your Discovery Cove reservation within 30 days of your visit there is no refund. If the cancellation notice is provided more than 30 days from your originally scheduled arrival, you will receive a full 100% refund. Discovery Cove should let you reschedule. I should have gone last September but was ill on the day. I rang them and they said they'd keep my booking open for 2 years. I've rescheduled for this September. Let's hope I can go.

As long as you booked Discovery Cove direct you will be fine to reschedule. If you booked it through an agent you'll probably have trouble (as I'm discovering to my cost )

Which agent did you book through if you don't mind me asking, I booked through Orlando Attraction Tickets and have been told if the park is closed or we cannot travel due to flights cancelled etc then refunds will be given. I notice you were travelling a similar time to me.

Thanks
