Orlando Attraction Tickets can I get a refund?

I have purchased 3 SeaWorld 3 park tickets which I have paid for in full for our May trip. SeaWorld etc are now closed until further notice. Would I be entitled to a refund from Orlando attraction tickets now? I contacted them a couple of weeks ago but they said I had to wait until my trip was officially cancelled but at this point SeaWorld were stating they were only closed until the end of the month.
I contacted them this morning to see if I could amend the tickets to a combo ticket for our December trip but she basically said no because my current tickets were now valid until 2021 so it looks like I’d be better off cancelling these and rebooking if I can?

Thank you... the same with me they are basically saying because the tickets can be extended to Dec 2021 I can’t get a refund 😳
