Dubai hotel recommendations please
Thinking of going to Dubai for the first time, but due to Covid not sure if this will be 2021 or 2022.
Read food and alcohol expensive so thinking of all inclusive however would like a hotel on beach and close to attractions. Thought of hotels on the palm but read a little remote and need taxis! We will be hotel based and just pop out to see a couple of sights and visit a mall. Any 5* hotel recommendations with lots of restaurants options or sister hotels to visit? Ideally wanted premium economy which understand only BA offer as Emirates economy or first! What is emirates economy like? Thank you in advance. |

We stayed at Hilton The Walk Jumeirah Beach which I think is a good location. There are some shops and restaurants in this area or you can take a taxi or catch the tram to the Burj or the Mall. The hotel is not 5 star so you might want to look at other hotels but I recommend the location.
Flown Emirates several times and never had a bad flight. If you get to fly on the A380, there is plenty of legroom in economy. All have seat back TVs. 👍🏻 |

I've stayed at the Conrad which is a great hotel and next to a metro station which will take you to the mall or other places. In terms of Emirates the A380 great plane lots of space, much better then the B777.

Emirates have economy, business and First class and from last week Premium Economy although, I think, it is only (at the moment) on one A380 flight while they roll it out but I have to say from the photos I have seen on FB it looks better than many US based airlines business class products

Look at one of the Jumeirah hotels in the Madinat complex, if you book half board and a club room you should be covered in terms of food and drink (it includes breakfast and dinner, lots of restaurants to choose from, over 20 at least, also includes soft drinks in the lounge all day, lunch in lounge, afternoon tea and cocktails and canapés in the evenings, you’d probably just need to buy a drink with your evening meal unless you like to drink alcohol during the day) also includes access to wild wadi water park. If these are too pricey look at the Jumeirah zabeel saray, same access to restaurants etc but on the palm so further out but taxis are cheap and easy to get. There are a few all inclusives in the city but not many, thy tend to be further out, jebel Ali resort is great but not central to Dubai city.
