Hopefully by June we’ll be in a position to know if summer trips can go ahead.

What’s a PIF date?

Ah ok! Paying in full is better though isn't it? Then if they cancel they give you 125% of the booking to use against another cruise.

Not if you’re on a rebooked cruise as you’ve already had that bonus.

We should have sailed last august and moved that to April and august this year when it cancelled.

We kept our onboard booking bonuses and used them against the April cruise. Cancelled that one last week and moved the bonuses to August. They had said we’d have to cancel and rebook august to do that and that it had increased in cost by $1000, luckily they looked back and saw that both cruises were booked at the same time so honoured the price and cabin type which was now sold out.

I don’t honestly think cruise will be back until 2022. I think the only way they’ve run is like saga with proof of vaccinations/tests otherwise. No info, just can see cruise being the last one to return sadly.

Our honeymoon was supposed to be Vancouver, Cruise to Hawaii and then Aulani. Not a chance now . Anniversary trip one day

Thats a shame, I'd love to visit Aulani. Been to Vancouver already but Aulani is definitely on my list. Have to wait until the girls are a bit older though

Depends on which continent you are talking about.

I say for Europe end Sept.

UK might start in August

US who knows when I'd say end summer as well.

I think given the vaccination progress they will start with only allowing those that have had their 2nd vaccination 3 weeks before travel being allowed on board. Not quite sure what they will do with those that have kids between 14-17 who cannnot get vaccinated.

I have 2 cruises booked. One for December this year, and the other February of next year. I am hoping that everyone will be vaccinated by then, as I feel that will be a requirement to board, and a negative test. Have missed my cruising so much.

I've now moved our April MSC cruise to next Feb after they said we could move it without penalty (just got stiffed by Cruise118 for £100 admin fee!) Even if the ship does sail, can't see our quarantine requirements changing much by then.
So our first cruise is now a RC from Port Canaveral in October...
