Had a further email saying their ‘Fulfilment Centre’ is working this weekend to try to get the orders to us before Christmas, but if they don’t arrive in time then they will allow us to return for a free return and refund!

I was getting really frustrated before mine arrived. Its not like its a little stocking filler is it. 😓

Totally disappointed, had an email to say mine will be a month late as stuck in the port, offered me a full refund or they will refund 15%
