POFQ Aug booking

Hello

We moved our POFQ Aug 2020 booking to this Aug 2021. I believe this hotel is not due to reopen this year - will disney either move us to an equivalent hotel or give us the option of our deposit back/move to 2022?

We have not rebooked any flights or a villa for the other part of our holiday yet.

I believe they will offer you a comparable alternative. If you decide to cancel I think they are returning deposits/money until a week before travel? I would imagine if you want to move the deposit over to a 2022 booking, they will do that as long as you are able to book for 2022. (Which there should be by then I would’ve thought?)

Disney are being very flexible and I am very sure they will allow any of the options you mentioned in accordance with your preference.

Thanks Kat. Really hoping things dramatically improve but tbh 2022 is probably more realistic with hopefully no restrictions/some disney perks returning
