You are not doing something right then

What browser are you using ? Laptop / Tablet / PC ?

Comes down to the way web browsers and websites work together. A website will store things on your browser / local computer it needs to work properly - part of this will be the authority to access +10 days. If you remove these files by clearing your caches then the website will see you as a brand new device and send down these files to your browser. It can't do anything especially different for you vs someone else as that's not how websites work. Given it works on mobile shows your account is setup right.

My guess is when you are clearing cache you are only clearing that last days worth. You want to select the drop down that clears everything from the start of time. Lots of people make this mistake.

Next time you are in a ADR window let me know and I will sort it for you I build eCommerce systems for most the big companies. Its my bread and butter

The mobile app works in a kind of similar way. You just simply need to clear the apps cache or deleting the app and reinstalling it often works as well. The files it have become stale but the app doesn't update them quick enough.

Badly designed website and apps but reasonably easy to fix.

Mine and DH’s were exactly the same , can get the 10+ on the app only . The webpage just 1 day at a time. Tried all the signing in and out shutting everything down, clearing the cashe and web history .. nothing worked so just used the app on an iPad ... was easy enough
