Eggs Benedict

Evening all 😊

I've never made eggs benedict before has anyone made this? is it easy to make?

I made poached eggs for the first time the other week and they turned out perfect.

Has anyone got any good eggs benedict recipes?

Oh my this is our favourite weekend Brunch!

Benedict royale- smoked salmon on a toasted muffin( bread style muffin) not a sweet One ! with either a packet of Hollandaise sauce or a 1/4 jar of Mielle Hollandaise

Or a Miners Benedict - Muffin- Black pudding slice - poached egg - Hollandiase and rocket

Ham benedict - Muffin or sourdough bread, slice of ham- poached eggs - hollandaise

I'm not afraid to say I cheat by using my blender life is too short to be faffing about with a double boiler and whisks
It always turns out
Certainly not slimming though

Would deff be a weekend treat rather than a daily thing. Yeah a I agree blenders are fab kitchen helpers. Think the only thing I whisk by hand is white sauce.
