Totally agree - resale is definitely the way to go for SSR contracts!

We bought 150 points. I don’t think I’m allowed to mention the name of the other forum but there’s a good thread there for ROFR with people detailing their experience of what got bought back and what got through.

Yes the ROFR thread on the other board- a great resource for judging an offer level.

Yes, it can become quite obsessive, we were in ROFR 35 days and I hate to think how many times we were checking it a day!

Never had one ROFR before, but my last one was ROFR’d twice. Just kept going, didn’t lose anything as a result aside from a bit of time.
