pasta salad - mixed with cooked cold shredded chicken, sweetcorn, diced peppers, baby tomatoes, diced cucumber and a little mayonnaise or any other sauce

I made a pesto pasta salad the other day, mixed pesto into pasta then added chopped tomatoes and mozzarella pearls. Delicious!

How about breaded chicken in a wrap with a bit of mayo & salad leaves.
Other suggestions:
Bacon sandwich
Fried egg sandwich
Baked beans on toast
Jacket potato with cheese & coleslaw (or beans)

I had an avocado bacon lettuce and tomatoes on sourdough bread with a tiny scrape of ranch dressing on both sides of the bread no butter at all
