I’m making orange chicken and chicken satay skewers with either noodles or spicy chips.
I’m also making a quiche. Can’t decide on bacon or chorizo yet though. The quiche is either for tomorrow’s lunch or if dinner goes tits up. We will see |

You're all having such lovely meals! Ours is much simpler/quicker as DH gets back from work late on a Wednesday. We have Mexican chicken wraps and chips.

breakfast what I always have - sourdough rye toast with coconut oil, Marmite and peanut butter
Lunch just tea and a biscuit cos breakfast keeps me going for hours Tonight I have slow cooked sausages in tomato sauce with mashed potatoes |

Tonight is jacket pots with cheese. I need to do a food shop this week, but I like to do a vegetarian meal once a week. Tonight's the night! Tomorrow might be chicken curry, or a slow cooked chicken stew. Or both and freeze some.
