I’m making orange chicken and chicken satay skewers with either noodles or spicy chips.

I’m also making a quiche. Can’t decide on bacon or chorizo yet though. The quiche is either for tomorrow’s lunch or if dinner goes tits up. We will see

You're all having such lovely meals! Ours is much simpler/quicker as DH gets back from work late on a Wednesday. We have Mexican chicken wraps and chips.

Tonight is jacket pots with cheese. I need to do a food shop this week, but I like to do a vegetarian meal once a week. Tonight's the night! Tomorrow might be chicken curry, or a slow cooked chicken stew. Or both and freeze some.
