Take away/deliveries to Villa?

We are staying at Emerald Island Resort - are deliveries allowed into gated communities? Which fast food/pizza/restaurants deliver around the 192? We are landing in Tampa on Xmas Eve and hoping to either pick up some food on the 192 in a drive through or get something delivered. Pizza Hut would be preferred choice for the kids!

We use Ubereats, wide variety of resturants deliver.

Deliverys are never a problem, most delivery companys have there own codes for gated communities.

Some villas have a list in their welcome folder of the companies allowed into the community

I would check to make sure your choice is open on Christmas eve. Many take out and fast food establishments will close early.

At High Grove the delivery driver finds your address on the drop down list at the front gate, calls through to the villa and you press 9 on the phone for the gates to open

You'll have no problems with deliveries, we've had them to Sunset Lakes (nearby) which is also gated.

Dominos is close by, and many of the restaurants do take-out. Millers Ale house now also do delivery or pick up from the 192 branch.

If you're really struggling for any restaurants being open by the time you get there, try Wawa as they have great selection of hot and cold sandwiches, soups and salads.

instead of pizza hut, try giordanos (chicago-style deep dish) or NYPD pizza (thin new york style crust) - infinitely better!

Call into the clubhouse and pick up some menus. Delivery drivers are allowed into Emerald Island but only from certain suppliers.
