Keep getting logged out.

As the title says each time I try to access the site I find I have to log in.
The remember me box is ticked. This is the first time I've encountered the problem. Any thoughts?

Interested in this thread as I have the same problem. I think mine is to do with my IPhone as it doesn�t happen on the laptop

You have the browser in private mode. It will then not remember any sessions. You can tell because the browser is black rather than grey.

Thanks for the answer but as a complete technophobe it means nothing. Mind you last couple of times there doesn't seem to have been a problem.

On there just make sure you don't select "New Private Window" and then you will be fine.

Also you can check at the bottom of theDIBB the link that says "Cookies and Ad Choices" to make sure you have "Cookies" turned on.
