Mobile Best beaches to visit with the family

Can anyone advise on the best beaches to visit with the family. We will be staying in the Kissimmee area, with a hire car, but dont want to spend the whole day travelling.

About 2 hours from Kissimmee is Holmes beach on the Gulf coast and this is a personal opinion we all love it and the other beaches on Anna Marie island. We have been to Clearwater a good few times and its lovely in lots of ways but a bit loud and crowded for us. Where as Holmes and Bradenton beaches are beautiful but quiet. There are lots of decent restaurants on the island or a few miles inshore. There is Ellenton outlets Brandon for shopping on the way down or back.
We have family there so I may be biased anyway just my thoughts

We visited Sand key and treasure island main beach in August, I loved them both but I liked sand key the best, it’s $5 to park all day with toilets. The sand was gorgeous and shallow till far out, so great for kids. My lot had great fun shelling i’ve never seen so many ! We watched dolphins chase the sea screamer in the distance as it’s across the water from clearwater.
Treasure island was a bit of a walk to the shore line as it’s a wide beach but the facilities we’re very good . Across the road from the beach is the best ice cream shop, the owner was lovely we chatted to her for ages.

We like New Symrna Beach on the east coast, if you go to the north end you can drive on the beach and park.

Sarasota beach looked beautiful! But we literally walked on it for 2 minutes and then left. It was in May last year and the love bug season, the whole area was swamped with these horrible flying creatures - I think last year was an extra bad season for them. I hate bugs and so I just couldn’t deal with them.
