They seem to be having issues at the moment with guests not being informed that all facilities aren't ready yet but still being charged resort fees. I am sure this won't be an issue by 2020 though. From what I have seen it will feel far more grown up and upmarket than a moderate at Disney.

Location wise it is basically across 192 from Animal Kingdom Lodge so very close. You will be able to walk to numerous restaurants if you don't mind walking in the heat. It is right next door to Rolling Oak Plaza with restaurants like Longhorn and Bahama Breeze plus decent shopping inc Target, TJ Maxx, Ulta and Ross. New places at Sunset Walk at the entrance to Margaritaville are a bit slow to open but Rock and Brew is very popular and others are due to open soon.

Donna we ate their last week it's still a building site for most of it
We described the "villas" as I'm sure you will know what I mean
As Target Dollar Spot (Bulls Eye PlayGround ) Bird Houses
Our View well I wouldn't want to be here in a hurricane and we've survived Katrina and Irma
As said just a tad more grown up than Disney if that's your thing
So not ours

The Tim Tracker video shows that the villas are block construction so a lot safer in a hurricane than they look at least.

They do look condo sized rather than villa sized though on the inside.
