You will need to refer to your P60 for the tax year 2018-19. I'm afraid pension contributions don't count but by using the figures on my P60 for some reason my gross salary earnings are never quite as high as where I think I am on the pay-scale

I didnt submit my pension contributions as I think it only said personal pension contributions /Avcs and not employer pension scheme ones.
