Kate Spade warranty

So I bought a kate spade backpack in May at Vineland outlets. I’ve noticed today that it’s peeling on the handle. Has anyone had any experience contacting re warranty on something bought at the outlets.

Not Kate spade but I bought a Tory Burch bag in Vegas a couple of years ago and the stitching started coming away from the handle 6 months later. I emailed the U.K. customer service with my proof of purchase and sent it down to London to repair.
Turns out they couldn’t repair it so sent me the faulty bag back and a new one!
Still got both of them and my mum uses the “faulty” one!

My friend’s Kate Spade handbag had a fault ( can’t remember exactly what ) she had bought it in an US outlet and she contacted the UK customer service and they were really helpful. She had to drop it to a London store to be repaired and it was within a year of purchasing it .

I also had a problem with a phone cover that I'd purchased in the outlets, I emailed the UK Customer Services and they were extremely helpful. They couldn't source a replacement but offered me a refund or discount on future purchases.

I did have my receipt and sent them a photograph of it.
