Who Has a Virgin Credit Card?

The email states that it hasn’t been sent to everybody. I rang to tell them that I was going away and asked how it worked having had the email. The lady on the phone was a bit cagey at first and then checked to make sure I had the email before confirming they would reimburse fees. Not sure what the criteria was but I’ve not had my card long so could be that.

I've spoken to 2 people over the phone and neither of them knew anything about it.

I hope you get your fees back.

Definitely not had an e mail either as I would have certainly used that card rather than other ones I have with no fees.

Just re-visiting this thread. I think customers get offered different deals. I thought mine was no fees using abroad but I’ve got double miles for my spending instead.

Luckily I’ve had holidays to pay off and just bought mickeys Xmas party tickets so double miles for those too
