Spring break tends to be all over by easter weekend
But you’ll still have the lovely massive flag waving your groups in mass neon shirts to contend with
One gets in line 50 follow

The standby line was typically two hours when we went, with a fast pass it was about ten minutes before getting to the preamble bits.

We were there last week and the parks were the busiest I’ve seen in over 30 trips. So many people on Spring Break. Luckily we had FOP fastpasses and waited no longer than 10 minutes even though the standby queue was horrendously long. An amazing ride, best ride I’ve ever been on.

Does anyone know how many rooms they have for FOP, as I know they must have quite a few as our room broke down before we got started and we seemed to be walking for ages to another room?

Though I have heard people say they waited more then an hour in FP line, maybe we were just lucky.
Agree. DH has this theory that they add at least 1/2 hr to the wait times so that when you get thru a lot quicker than you expected you say how brilliant it was

iirc 4 ride rooms per floor

we were on the bottom floor and could see 'up' looks a bit like soarin when all the chairs go forwards

I believe that might be the case for Universal's Express Pass line. But it is not the case for Disney fastpass queues. At Disney, the FP wait is usually no more than 15 minutes, even if the standby queue is hours long.

I have to be honest, for the majority of things at Disney resorts, I'll only queue if there's a very short wait. If an attraction I want to go on has a wait of over 45 minutes I just wont bother and will go and do something else and maybe come back another time. I *detest* waiting for things and queues, so it'd just spoil the day for me.

It was up to 345mins over Presidents Day weekend in Feb. Think it had issues as it took us an hour in the FP line.

Nearly 6 hours in a queue for a ride? No. Just no. What's even the point in going to a theme park if you're going to spend most of your visit in one queue? Madness.
