I never really liked Mojitos before, but I think it is all about how they're made. If made correctly, you really can't taste the mint that much, it's more of an undertone. My very first Mojito had tiny bits of mint floating in it that went up the straw every time I took a sip - ugh!|

Oooh love this, I am most partial to a cocktail!
We seem to have similar tastes in drinks so I would recommend the frozen red stag lemonade from the Fife and Drum QS window in the America pavilion at Epcot. Its soo good. |

 So, we're home, the vacation is over, I daren't step on the scales and I have to go back to work tomorrow. The good news is I get to relive all the yummy food we have consumed over the past 17 days. And you get the benefit of the enjoyment without the extra lbs (or ££s) - you're welcome! I am really hoping to get started on this tomorrow evening when I feel less like I have been pulled through a mangle and subjected to sleep deprivation torture. But, for now, please enjoy a little sneak peek of things to come...
