Oh no I didn't love it, just thought it was a bit meeehhh. I didn't like Emily Blunt at all and couldn't really see past her accent. Loved the lamplighter scenes but didn't like the use of BMX s in the bike stunts. Didn't hate it and I'm obviously in the minority, but I won't be putting it on my birthday list ... sorry.

I thought it was a very enjoyable family film. The songs were catchy and the animated scenes were great. There were some wonderful zany characters but I thought Emily Blunts accent was a bit ott.

We all absolutely loved it.
I wasn’t keen on Emily Blunt’s accent but I got over that quite quickly. I too thought I’d be disappointed but I was so impressed |

Absolutely loved it! Wasn’t sure what to expect but loved the fact it kept that lovely old fashioned Disney charm

I’ll be brave and admit I never liked the original. Went to see this the other day as I thought it was the most festive choice, and really enjoyed it. I agree about Emily blunt’s accent, not too sure about that but I loved the lamp lighter cinematography, and thought Ben Whishaw was excellent having never seen him in anything before.

I'm actually quite surprised by those not liking Emily Blunts accent as the only one I had issue with was Jack's. In fact I actually thought it was deliberately over the top in homage to Dick van Dyke

We went to see it today and It was pretty rubbish.
Emily Blunt’s accent was awful, didn’t actually mind Jack’s. Just thought she was trying to hard. The story was ok, and the anamated bits were good but the songs were just not good enough. Best bit was Dick Van Dyke Definitely wouldn’t waste my time ever watching it again |
