Quick change at JFK
Hi there. I’m looking at booking flights and there is one with a quick change from MCO-JFK. When I say quick change I mean 48 mins! Is this is this even possible? Passengers and luggage off one plane and onto another in this time?

Flying from MCO-JFK- somewhere else?
If so you wouldn't have to re clear security/immigration as you're coming off an internal US flight, but I'd want longer than 48 minutes between flights in case the first one was delayed. |

I would want a minimum of 2/12 to 3hrs for a transfer time. Hold up at mco and you could miss your flight home, but it's whatever you feel comfortable with. I would say that the bare minimum would be 1hrs, and that is really cutting it fine.

We just had an hour and a half . We landed on time and then sat on the plane for 30 mins as someone was on our stand . They announced to let people with connections off first . We got of with an hour to go swapped terminal 4 to 2 which took seconds . Got to the gate as they started boarding . Popped to the loo and walked on the next flight about half an hour before take off . We didn’t need to get luggage or do any scanners . No time to mess but could have had a bit longer if needed . We have long legs and walk fast however !
