We currently have 9 days from this years trip not covered by our 21 day Ultimate, or current thought process is to buy Gold Ap's for use after the 21 day, as opposed to just upgrading, then use this AP for our tickets for next Sept's trip. We were originally planning on a cash week at POFQ so would have had to buy passes if FD is released but with AP in hand we can rent DVC points or more likely buy our add-on to cover the week we are currently short. Cost wise renting plus AP is a wash compared to cash plus FD but the £1400 would go towards or buying costs IYKWIM

thinking now with the renewal price differences being $100 and more per AP now wondering if best to keep the AP going incase of 2020 plans

BUT...……………………… we fly out on the 11th and our passes finish on the 17th and cannot renew until 60 days prior so that surely would affect our fastpass window as I know you can go in and do fastpasses at 60 days and book 7 days

Am I overthinking this
