First time DLP- which tickets?
Firstly sorry if this is a silly question or doesn’t make sense!
We (4A and 1C plus 1 under 3) are going to Paris in August this year and are planning on visiting DLP. We were looking at maybe 3 day tickets direct from the DLP website. BUT I’ve also been looking at Annual Passes... now if I’ve worked it out correctly 4A and 1C 3 day tickets adding on 3 days of parking would cost £928.41. If we were to get 3A, 1C and 1 Magic plus annual pass it would come to £910 which would include parking, plus we’d get all the added perks of discount in DLP shops and restaurants. Is it worth it? Would discounts in restaurants etc only apply to the AP holders meal or the whole bill? Thanks for any help you can offer! |

Last time we had annual passes I just had to present one to get money off the whole bill. I think it sounds like it is worth it for free parking and the discount.

You would definitely be better off getting one pass to allow you get the free parking and the discounts in the restaurants and shops. As long as the passholder is present you can use it against the whole bill.
The only thing you wouldn't be able to all take advantage of is the Extra Magic Time, only the passholder would be able to do this. |

Discount in restaurants is for 6 people so you'd be fine.
If you all live at the same address you can get the 20% family discount on annual passes when buying 5. This would then give you all access to Extra Magic Time plus you can use the special entrance

Thanks for your replies!
When would the AP start if I applied by post? I think I’ve read somewhere that an AP isn’t valid 2 days after the first day of use to stop people using it in lieu of a 3 day pass ... is this still correct? |

That's only the cheapest pass which has the 2 blackout dates. The AP will start when they process it. Allow 4-6 weeks if doing it by post

I would say it was worth it and will work perfectly for you. I would suggest shopping elsewhere for park tickets though as direct with Disney are more expensive. Attractiontix etc are generally cheaper.

Thanks so much for your help! Do you get physical tickets from Attractiontix or is it a voucher to exchange when you’re there?

Generally it’s a voucher. There are machines near the entrance and you just scan them and your physical ticket pops out.
